V. Ravindra
Manager - Operations  Mr. Ravindra is Manager - Operations at Tooltech. His area of focus is, ensuring best practices, smooth and efficient operation of projects from planning to completion stage and maintaining client relations. He joined the Company in 2000.
Prior to joining Tooltech, he worked with Bajaj Tempo Ltd. where he handled several projects. He has nine years of experience in the field of manufacturing to his credit.
He has completed his B.E. Mechanical and has extensive experience working with different CAD and CAM software.
Pradeep Ninan George
Head – General Engineering
 Mr. Pradeep N. George heads the General Engineering Business Unit at Tooltech. With his strong know-how of the Engineering Service industry, he focuses on maintaining error free timely delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction. He joined Tooltech in May 2000.
Mr. George has 12 years experience in the Engineering Service industry and has extensive knowledge working with European clients. An expert in the areas of CAD, CAM and project management, he is largely responsible for setting up the Project Management Office at Tooltech.
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, based in Pune, India.
General Engineering Team
The independent business unit of General Engineering has a strength of 120 engineers undertaking CAD projects and 13 engineers in the CAE division.
The General Engineering unit comprises of different specialized teams, each of which is an extension of the client's design office. Every team is a knowledge centre for the client and ensures seamless integration of work.
The unit has balanced blend of engineers from different technical and software domains thus enabling us to undertake a variety of projects. The project leaders heading the teams have 7-10 years working knowledge of the industry, experience working onsite and expertise in knowledge transfer and building knowledge centres.
